Processing Time
All Welp3D products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your item to be printed, finished, and prepared for shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship from Lisle, Illinois and offer the following options:

Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $30.
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
International Shipping
We ship to 28 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated international delivery times (after processing):
- USPS International: 7–21 business days
- DHL Express: 3–7 business days
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers.
- Some international destinations may have restrictions on certain materials. If we are unable to fulfill your order to your location, we will notify you promptly.
Returns & International Orders
We do not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will work to make it right.
