Return policy
Returns are accepted on eligible, unused, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Custom or personalized products are final sale. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order. Minor layer lines, seams, and slight color variations are normal characteristics of 3D-printed products and are not considered defects.
Manufacturing
Each product is made to order in Illinois using high-quality 3D-printing materials. Because every item is individually produced, slight variations in color, texture, and visible layer lines may occur—these are normal characteristics of 3D printing and make each piece unique. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Create a Poké Ball set that is completely yours. Choose any four designs from a library of 35+ options, mix and match favorites, or select duplicates. Each ball is approximately 3 inches in diameter, 3D printed in PLA, and arrives fully assembled. Choose the balls by themselves or add four matching cube display stands.
How to order
- Select 4 Balls Only or 4 Balls + 4 Stands.
- Enter exactly four design names in the Choose Your 4 Poké Balls field, separated by commas.
- Review all four selections before adding the set to your cart.

Care and print characteristics
Small layer lines, seams, or minor surface variations are normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process. Keep PLA displays indoors and away from hot vehicles, heaters, open flames, and prolonged direct sunlight, as excessive heat may cause the material to soften or warp. Colors may look slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
